Our Mission Statement: The Mountain Jubilee Chorus brings love, joy, harmony and unity to the lives of its members.

Mountain Jubilee Chorus is a non-profit organization with over 95 members. We are a diverse group of women whose paths in life are as unique as our personalities. With ages ranging from 14 to ...70+?, we are united in sharing the love of music and are devoted to the art of four-part barbershop harmony singing. In addition to local performances, we compete with and support some 700 chapters throughout the Sweet Adeline world.

MJC competed against choruses in our seven state Region 8 in the spring of 2010 and by coming in first place we qualified to go to the Sweet Adeline International Competion in Houston, Texas in October 2011. We are thrilled to return with 7th place international medals and the audience's choice for Most Entertaining Chorus! We are thrilled that the fun we had on stage was shared by the audience. Such a rewarding experience for performers!

In addition to our quartets (see quartet page), we have small groups that perform where you might want more than a quartet but less than the entire chorus for your event. And then of course there's the entire chorus that loves to perform throughout the community for various business, church and civic events each year.
